EMERGENCY COUPLE
In KDramas 2014, Emergency Couple’s plot was the most
interesting.
It’s about a couple, the guy from a family of docctors and the girl from a regular family. They decided to get married while still attending a medical school despite the oppositions on the guy’s side. Because of much difficulties, misunderstandings, and frequent fights – a lot of reasons are behind this-, they divorced after one year of being together.
Trying to build their lives back, one event turned their lives once again upside down. The most unexpected thing is that, they’ll meet up at the Emergency Room as interns of a hospital.
This is the first time I’ve seen a drama about a divorced couple building up a relationship again. On top of that, the setting is in a hospital. We rarely, or even, we haven’t seen a romantic comedy taking place in a hospital.
They brought the real feeling when you’re in the emergency
room. They
prepared
all this instruments and showed how to treat different kinds of patients, how
to deal with them as doctors. The emergency room had their ups and downs, but
they’re all
one as doctors, helping others is a priority.
The producers did a good job in casting. Choi JinHyuk and Song JiHyo portrayed
their characters very well.
Song Jihyo, best known
as Blank Ji and Ace in Running Man showed her feminine side through this drama.
We always see her as a really competitive and sometimes grumpy woman(Just
towards Kwangsoo). Through this drama, she was given a chance to show her
skills as an actress in a romantic comedy drama.
Also, the soundtrack gives life to the drama. Don’t forget
to try and listen. These are my recommended songs. It brought out the emotions
while watching.
